The Floral Ruffled Blouse
This blouse is absolutely gorgeous! We are digging it for sure!! This blouse features ruffled detail on the shoulders and on the bottom part of the sleeves, it also has a cute little open back that shows a little peak of skin which we love, also features a lining in the inside so the body isn't see through, just the sleeves are see through!
